Three steps to get your crew aboard.
1. Agree your plan
Tell us roughly how many people you need to cover. We agree a per-seat discount for your organisation - the bigger the crew, the better the rate - and set up your agreement.
2. Manage it yourself
Pay by card in your own crew portal, then invite members by email or a shareable join link. Someone leaves? Remove them and the seat frees up instantly for the next person.
3. Your crew gets Pro
Members accept their invite, sign in on their own device, and everything unlocks - the full rule library, adaptive quizzes, lights & shapes drills, scenarios, and offline mode.
Simple, per-seat, once a year.
Crew plans start from the standard Pro price of £29.99 per seat per year, before your organisation's agreed crew discount. Discounts and minimum seat counts are agreed per organisation, so most crews pay well under the individual price per member.
Billing is a single annual card payment, handled securely by Stripe from your crew portal. Add seats whenever you need them (charged pro rata), reduce them at renewal, and cancel any time. USD, CAD and EUR billing available on request.
